Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL HIJR [56]

قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِ إِلاَّ الضَّآلُّونَ

He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?"
