Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL HIJR [79]

فَانتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمَا لَبِإِمَامٍ مُّبِينٍ

So We took retribution from them, and indeed, both [cities] are on a clear highway.
