Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL INSAAN [17]

وَيُسْقَوْنَ فِيهَا كَأْسًا كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا زَنجَبِيلًا

And they will be given to drink a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of ginger
