Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL ISRAA' [65]

إِنَّ عِبَادِي لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانٌ وَكَفَى بِرَبِّكَ وَكِيلاً

Indeed, over My [believing] servants there is for you no authority. And sufficient is your Lord as Disposer of affairs.
