Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL MUDDATSTSIR [56]

وَمَا يَذْكُرُونَ إِلَّا أَن يَشَاء اللَّهُ هُوَ أَهْلُ التَّقْوَى وَأَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ

And they will not remember except that Allah wills. He is worthy of fear and adequate for [granting] forgiveness.
