Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL MU'MINUUN [41]

فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الصَّيْحَةُ بِالْحَقِّ فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ غُثَاء فَبُعْدًا لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ

So the shriek seized them in truth, and We made them as [plant] stubble. Then away with the wrongdoing people.
