Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL QASHASH [51]

وَلَقَدْ وَصَّلْنَا لَهُمُ الْقَوْلَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ

And We have [repeatedly] conveyed to them the Qur'an that they might be reminded.
