Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL WAAQI'AH [72]

أَأَنتُمْ أَنشَأْتُمْ شَجَرَتَهَا أَمْ نَحْنُ الْمُنشِؤُونَ

Is it you who produced its tree, or are We the producer?
