Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ALI 'IMRAN [163]

هُمْ دَرَجَاتٌ عِندَ اللّهِ واللّهُ بَصِيرٌ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ

They are [varying] degrees in the sight of Allah , and Allah is Seeing of whatever they do.
