Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ALI 'IMRAN [58]

ذَلِكَ نَتْلُوهُ عَلَيْكَ مِنَ الآيَاتِ وَالذِّكْرِ الْحَكِيمِ

This is what We recite to you, [O Muhammad], of [Our] verses and the precise [and wise] message.
