Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ALI 'IMRAN [76]

بَلَى مَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ وَاتَّقَى فَإِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ

But yes, whoever fulfills his commitment and fears Allah - then indeed, Allah loves those who fear Him.
