Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AN NAML [52]

فَتِلْكَ بُيُوتُهُمْ خَاوِيَةً بِمَا ظَلَمُوا إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ

So those are their houses, desolate because of the wrong they had done. Indeed in that is a sign for people who know.
