Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AN NAML [75]

وَمَا مِنْ غَائِبَةٍ فِي السَّمَاء وَالْأَرْضِ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُّبِينٍ

And there is nothing concealed within the heaven and the earth except that it is in a clear Register.
