Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AN NISAA' [27]

وَاللّهُ يُرِيدُ أَن يَتُوبَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَيُرِيدُ الَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ الشَّهَوَاتِ أَن تَمِيلُواْ مَيْلاً عَظِيمًا

Allah wants to accept your repentance, but those who follow [their] passions want you to digress [into] a great deviation.
