Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AN NISAA' [45]

وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِأَعْدَائِكُمْ وَكَفَى بِاللّهِ وَلِيًّا وَكَفَى بِاللّهِ نَصِيرًا

And Allah is most knowing of your enemies; and sufficient is Allah as an ally, and sufficient is Allah as a helper.
