Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AN NISAA' [96]

دَرَجَاتٍ مِّنْهُ وَمَغْفِرَةً وَرَحْمَةً وَكَانَ اللّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

Degrees [of high position] from Him and forgiveness and mercy. And Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.
