Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AR RAHMAAN [56]

فِيهِنَّ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ

In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinni -
