Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AR-RUUM [4]

فِي بِضْعِ سِنِينَ لِلَّهِ الْأَمْرُ مِن قَبْلُ وَمِن بَعْدُ وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ

Within three to nine years. To Allah belongs the command before and after. And that day the believers will rejoice
