Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AR-RUUM [59]

كَذَلِكَ يَطْبَعُ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

Thus does Allah seal the hearts of those who do not know.
