Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ASH SHAAFFAAT [8]

لَا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى الْمَلَإِ الْأَعْلَى وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٍ

[So] they may not listen to the exalted assembly [of angels] and are pelted from every side,
