Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ASY SYU'ARAA' [102]

فَلَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Then if we only had a return [to the world] and could be of the believers... "
