Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ASY SYU'ARAA' [36]

قَالُوا أَرْجِهِ وَأَخَاهُ وَابْعَثْ فِي الْمَدَائِنِ حَاشِرِينَ

They said, "Postpone [the matter of] him and his brother and send among the cities gatherers
