Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ASY SYUURA [43]

وَلَمَن صَبَرَ وَغَفَرَ إِنَّ ذَلِكَ لَمِنْ عَزْمِ الْأُمُورِ

And whoever is patient and forgives - indeed, that is of the matters [requiring] determination.
