Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ASY SYUURA [50]

أَوْ يُزَوِّجُهُمْ ذُكْرَانًا وَإِنَاثًا وَيَجْعَلُ مَن يَشَاء عَقِيمًا إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ قَدِيرٌ

Or He makes them [both] males and females, and He renders whom He wills barren. Indeed, He is Knowing and Competent.
