Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AT TAUBAH [82]

فَلْيَضْحَكُواْ قَلِيلاً وَلْيَبْكُواْ كَثِيراً جَزَاء بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكْسِبُونَ

So let them laugh a little and [then] weep much as recompense for what they used to earn.
