Pray	Time

Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AZ ZUKHRUF [18]

أَوَمَن يُنَشَّأُ فِي الْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي الْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍ

So is one brought up in ornaments while being during conflict unevident [attributed to Allah ]?
