Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AZ ZUKHRUF [4]

وَإِنَّهُ فِي أُمِّ الْكِتَابِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ

And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.
