Tafseer Ibn Kathir of FUSHSHILAT [41]

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِالذِّكْرِ لَمَّا جَاءهُمْ وَإِنَّهُ لَكِتَابٌ عَزِيزٌ

Indeed, those who disbelieve in the message after it has come to them... And indeed, it is a mighty Book.
