Tafseer Ibn Kathir of HUUD [105]

يَوْمَ يَأْتِ لاَ تَكَلَّمُ نَفْسٌ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ فَمِنْهُمْ شَقِيٌّ وَسَعِيدٌ

The Day it comes no soul will speak except by His permission. And among them will be the wretched and the prosperous.
