Tafseer Ibn Kathir of MUHAMMAD [11]

ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرِينَ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُمْ

That is because Allah is the protector of those who have believed and because the disbelievers have no protector.
