Tafseer Ibn Kathir of QAAF [11]

رِزْقًا لِّلْعِبَادِ وَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا كَذَلِكَ الْخُرُوجُ

As provision for the servants, and We have given life thereby to a dead land. Thus is the resurrection.
