Tafseer Ibn Kathir of SABA' [36]

قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّي يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاء وَيَقْدِرُ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

Say, "Indeed, my Lord extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it], but most of the people do not know."
