Tafseer Ibn Kathir of SHAAD [60]

قَالُوا بَلْ أَنتُمْ لَا مَرْحَبًا بِكُمْ أَنتُمْ قَدَّمْتُمُوهُ لَنَا فَبِئْسَ الْقَرَارُ

They will say, "Nor you! No welcome for you. You, [our leaders], brought this upon us, and wretched is the settlement."
