Tafseer Ibn Kathir of THAAHAA [62]

فَتَنَازَعُوا أَمْرَهُم بَيْنَهُمْ وَأَسَرُّوا النَّجْوَى

So they disputed over their affair among themselves and concealed their private conversation.
