Tafseer Ibn Kathir of THAAHAA [75]

وَمَنْ يَأْتِهِ مُؤْمِنًا قَدْ عَمِلَ الصَّالِحَاتِ فَأُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمُ الدَّرَجَاتُ الْعُلَى

But whoever comes to Him as a believer having done righteous deeds - for those will be the highest degrees [in position]:
