Tafseer Ibn Kathir of YAA SIIN [79]

قُلْ يُحْيِيهَا الَّذِي أَنشَأَهَا أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيمٌ

Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing."
