Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AD DUKHAAN [22]

فَدَعَا رَبَّهُ أَنَّ هَؤُلَاء قَوْمٌ مُّجْرِمُونَ

And [finally] he called to his Lord that these were a criminal people.
