Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AD DUKHAAN [24]

وَاتْرُكْ الْبَحْرَ رَهْوًا إِنَّهُمْ جُندٌ مُّغْرَقُونَ

And leave the sea in stillness. Indeed, they are an army to be drowned."
