Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL FURQAAN [49]

لِنُحْيِيَ بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا وَنُسْقِيَهُ مِمَّا خَلَقْنَا أَنْعَامًا وَأَنَاسِيَّ كَثِيراً

That We may bring to life thereby a dead land and give it as drink to those We created of numerous livestock and men.
