Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL FURQAAN [50]

وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَاهُ بَيْنَهُمْ لِيَذَّكَّرُوا فَأَبَى أَكْثَرُ النَّاسِ إِلَّا كُفُورًا

And We have certainly distributed it among them that they might be reminded, but most of the people refuse except disbelief.
