Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL HAAQQAH [9]

وَجَاء فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَن قَبْلَهُ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتُ بِالْخَاطِئَةِ

And there came Pharaoh and those before him and the overturned cities with sin.
