Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL KAHFI [44]

هُنَالِكَ الْوَلَايَةُ لِلَّهِ الْحَقِّ هُوَ خَيْرٌ ثَوَابًا وَخَيْرٌ عُقْبًا

There the authority is [completely] for Allah , the Truth. He is best in reward and best in outcome.
