Pray	Time

Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AN NAHL [100]

إِنَّمَا سُلْطَانُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَتَوَلَّوْنَهُ وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِهِ مُشْرِكُونَ

His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allah .
