Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AN NAHL [17]

أَفَمَن يَخْلُقُ كَمَن لاَّ يَخْلُقُ أَفَلا تَذَكَّرُونَ

Then is He who creates like one who does not create? So will you not be reminded?
