Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AN NUUR [42]

وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ الْمَصِيرُ

And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and to Allah is the destination.
