Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AN NUUR [44]

يُقَلِّبُ اللَّهُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لِّأُوْلِي الْأَبْصَارِ

Allah alternates the night and the day. Indeed in that is a lesson for those who have vision.
