Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ASY SYU'ARAA' [24]

قَالَ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ

[Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced."
