Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ASY SYU'ARAA' [28]

قَالَ رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

[Moses] said, "Lord of the east and the west and that between them, if you were to reason."
