Pray	Time

Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ATH THUUR [32]

أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَامُهُم بِهَذَا أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ

Or do their minds command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people?
