Tafseer Ibn Kathir of YUNUS [43]

وَمِنهُم مَّن يَنظُرُ إِلَيْكَ أَفَأَنتَ تَهْدِي الْعُمْيَ وَلَوْ كَانُواْ لاَ يُبْصِرُونَ

And among them are those who look at you. But can you guide the blind although they will not [attempt to] see?
